Viva La Vet is a two-story, 7,000 square foot full-service veterinary clinic - designed with a deep commitment to creating a space that minimizes stress for all animals while providing the highest quality care. The clinic is equipped with advanced surgical, dental, and full medical care services for dogs and cats, all within a thoughtfully designed environment that prioritizes comfort, functionality, and safety.  

The use of a pre-engineered metal building structure provided both the durability and flexibility necessary to support the clinic’s operations, while allowing us to design an open, flowing space that encourages ease of movement and interaction between staff, pets, and their owners.  

The clinic features a strategically organized floor plan, separating key areas such as surgical suites, examination rooms, dental care spaces, and recovery zones to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Key attention was given to the treatment areas where animals are most vulnerable to stress, with particular focus on noise control, visual barriers, and air circulation to create a comfortable environment.
