This project involved the design of an Industrial Office Flex Building Park, strategically located to accommodate a variety of tenants from light manufacturing to office use. Phase 1 features six 12,000-square-foot buildings, each designed with modern aesthetics and functionality in mind. 

Phase 2 will introduce five additional 12,000-square-foot buildings, enhancing the park's capacity and fostering a vibrant business community. This expansion will mirror the design principles established in Phase 1, ensuring a cohesive and functional environment that supports growth and innovation.

The overall vision is to create a dynamic industrial hub that attracts diverse businesses with adaptable layouts that can be tailored to meet diverse business needs.
