This project focused on designing an 10,000-square-foot retail shell building, specifically developed to support a variety of future tenants, such as retail shops, restaurants, and business services.

The design of the retail shell is driven by a clean, contemporary aesthetic that aligns with the broader vision for The Shop at Horizon. Our team focused on maximizing natural light and creating an inviting atmosphere for both customers and businesses.  

The adaptable design ensures long-term flexibility for future tenants, making it an ideal space for a diverse range of businesses.
