This project entailed the design of an amenity center for the “Estancia Ranch” neighborhood, aimed at creating a lively gathering space for residents. The center features a variety of amenities that encourage outdoor enjoyment, community engagement, and family activities.

Key features of this project included a leisure pool, poolside restrooms, pool equipment/maintenance rooms, pergola structures, and playgrounds spaces.
