This project involves the design of a 5,000-square-foot amenity center for the “Dwelling” neighborhood in New Braunfels, Texas. The center serves as a vibrant community hub, offering residents a variety of recreational and social spaces that enhance the neighborhood experience.

Key features of the amenity center include a leasing office with a stocked kitchen area and refreshment bar for residents and visitors, a multi-purpose room for various events, fitness room, leisure pool, playgrounds, and picnic/grilling areas.

The Dwelling Amenity Center is designed to foster a sense of community, encouraging residents to connect, relax, and enjoy an active lifestyle in a thoughtfully crafted environment.
